By downloading, installing, or using the Fitlink app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use certain features of Fitlink, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fitlink facilitates connections between users and fitness professionals. Payment terms, including pricing and refund policies, are determined by individual coaches and facilities. Fitlink may charge service fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed before completion.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Refund requests should be directed to the relevant coach or facility, subject to their individual policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Fitlink app, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Fitlink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our express written permission.

Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Fitlink.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Fitlink, including profile information, reviews, and messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fitlink provides a platform to connect users with fitness professionals. We do not directly provide fitness services and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by coaches or facilities listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitlink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Fitlink shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
